Hi Alexia and Kiren .... It's great to meet you. Let's begin by one of you giving us a little insight into your world.
Kiren: Do you believe in fairy tales? The Brothers Grimm? What you must understand is that these stories were spawned off of something much more primal and horrifying. We occupy that world, and we control it so you will never have to face such truths.

Ooh, you've intrigued me and I'm sure these readers. Mind sharing a bit about yourselves?
Alexia: I am seventeen and the only child of Baron Charles Dumont. He hid me away for fear I would never marry because of an unbecoming exterior—not that he will confess this. I expected to become an old maid, but with my father’s fortune as an inheritance, I should have realized this would never be.


Kiren (kie-ren): You wish to know about me? I am flattered. Thank you, but no.

Oh-kay then, Kiren. Moving on. What's been your biggest challenge in life?
Alexia: Accepting what I am. You can spend your entire life believing a lie because it’s easier or safer, but to embrace the truth? That takes true courage.


Kiren: I too have struggled with who I am, but more especially acting the part. It has required that I sacrifice so many things, and I am tired of sacrificing.

If you were honest, what would you say is your biggest quirk?
Alexia: Perhaps avoiding mirrors? Or reflective surfaces of any kind—even after the drastic changes in my appearance. They feel like lies. Maureen, my nanny, also used to insist my reading was not a particularly attractive trait, but I do enjoy the escape.


Kiren: Reading people’s thoughts. It is impolite, but it has saved me more headaches than I care to mention.

Inquiring minds want to know. What do you REALLY think of each other?
Alexia: *blushes* He is too stunning to be real.

Kiren: *fixes Alexia with a smirk* But you are obsessed with me, regardless.

Alexia: As is any woman who lays eyes upon you. It is a cruel injustice you do the fairer sex.


Kiren: I love that you are lecturing me after, let me see? *tapping his chin* How many suitors offered themselves to you?

I'm with Alexia on this one, Kiren. Cute... 

So, what's Crystal like to work with?
Alexia: She spends far too much time eating cheese.

Kiren: And reading books. And teaching children. And writing music.


Alexia: We adore her.
