Wistful YA SPOTLIGHT ~ The Offering

Despite taking this new year to revamp my focus for Writer's Alley to a more personal road, I did mention that I'd still highlight special reads, authors, and tours now and again. When I was contacted about this next YA read, I knew I had to share it with you. AND read it myself.

    Awesome book to spotlight. I really liked the first book in the series. I need to catch up on the second and third book.

    How have I NOT stumbled across this series yet? Okay, TBR list, and some serious book lust happening here. I'm trying to remind myself that my time-stopper was broken to prevent premature aging, but it feels like an evil plot to keep me from reading as much as I'd like. ;)

    Ugh, Sabara is a horrible person- I'd forgotten how much I hated her from the first book! {Let's just say worst mom ever!} I hope Charlie gets rid of her for good. Guess I'll need to read it to find out. :)

    This looks like an awesome book. I have one or two of Derting's books in my TBR pile, but I haven't read them yet. I've heard great things about her writing.

    I have some of Kimberly's books on my TBR, but just haven't had the time to read them. I am soooo bad. *blush*
