What's This ROUGE? Cover Reveal

Shh... *sneak and crouch and then crouch a little lower*

No. It's not going to scare you. Halloween has passed us this year. But nipping a glimpse of this amazing cover just might make you flush, your cheeks painting with a bit of natural ROUGE.

Title: ROUGE
Author: Leigh T. Moore of the recently released the Truth about faking
Genre: Mature New Adult - Upper YA, light historical/theater romance

Description: Trapped in the underground theater world of 1890s New Orleans, Hale Ferrer has only one goal: escape. But not without Teeny, the orphan-girl she rescued from the streets and promised to protect.

Freddie Lovel, Hale's wealthy Parisian suitor, seems to be the easy solution. If only his touch could arouse her interest like Beau's, the penniless stagehand who captures her heart.

Denying her fears, Hale is poised to choose love until an evil lurking in their cabaret-home launches a chain of events that could cost her everything.

Oh my stinking EEK!! I LUV this cover! It speaks to me on so many levels. There's intrigue, mystery, romance, seduction, and suspense. The use of pearls and the angle of her eyes totally get to me. Here are some links where you can find more information about the book, availability, and the author - one of my BBCBs!! (best blogging cyber buds)

What do you think of when you look deep into this cover?

  6. The cover speaks volumes without a busy feel. The placement of "his" - whomever he is - on her shoulder. The lack of a smile as she angles a glance backwards. It's all perfect placement and certainly appealing. Does it's job well to attract the eyes. Very nice.
